Welcome to Towamensing Trails Property Owners Association Inc.
The Towamensing Trails Property Owners Association (TTPOA), and its Board of Directors, are the governing bodies of homeowners in Towamensing Trails located off Route 903 in Albrightsville, PA – just minutes from Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Resort.

“Towamensing” is a Lenape Indian word which means Nature’s Wonders. Towamensing Trails sports a 190 acre lake, a community Center with game room, and a private restaurant and bar. Special events are scheduled all year long.

Towamensing Trails is a private residential community with permanent and part-time residents. It was established in 1971 and developed in 6 stages known as sections. There are approximately 700 full-time residents and many part-time residents, as well as part-time and full-time renters.

Our community has 24 hour security, 7 day disposal of trash, and full time maintenance and administrative staff. If you have any suggestions, questions, or concerns, they can be brought to the attention of our administrative personnel at the Teepee. All administrative services are located in the Teepee.
